So, you've joined an activity or club or forum and you've met a few "potentials". But...you don't know if they're Christians...what to do?Here's surefire tactic John used many times during his single career.
John: "So, Betty... What did you do this past weekend?"
Betty: "Ah...not much...I studied, went shopping...the usual."
John (keeps quiet)
Betty (breaks the uncomfortable silence): "What did you do this weekend?"
John: "Saturday I spent hiking, but Sunday was more relaxing.
I went to church and then to a BBQ with some church friends."
***Critical Moment***
If Betty only says: "That's nice" and goes on to another topic, chances are that she's not a Christian.
If Betty is a Christian, most likely she will say, "Oh really? What church do you go to? I go to Broadway church..." or something along those lines.
Simple but efficient.
That's not too hard now is it?
Well...it can be hard if you have troubles even approaching people.
